An enquiry or draft itinerary does not confirm a booking. Your journey is confirmed only after the agreed deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.
Pricing and payments
Quotes are based on the group size, dates, accommodation and services stated in the itinerary. Changes may affect the final price. Payment schedules will be shared before confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Mountain travel may be affected by weather, road conditions or local circumstances. We may adjust routes for safety while preserving the spirit and value of the journey wherever possible. Cancellation terms will be included with each confirmed proposal.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for accurate personal information, suitable clothing, following safety guidance and communicating medical or mobility considerations before travel.
